Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

If ggc99 detects multiple accounts linked to the same individual — based on email address, mobile number, IP address, device or payment information — all related accounts may be suspended or terminated, and balances may be forfeited.

3.2 Players are fully responsible for the security of their username and account password. It is advised to use a strong password and not share it with anyone. ggc99 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from the player's own negligence.

3.3 Players may request account closure at any time through the customer support channel. Any eligible balance will be processed via the available withdrawal method once a review has been completed.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 ggc99 accepts deposits via the payment methods listed below. All deposits must be made from an account held in the player's own name — ggc99 does not accept payments from third parties.

5.3 Each player is only eligible to claim the welcome bonus once. Any attempt to claim the same bonus using multiple accounts or different details will be treated as fraud.

5.4 ggc99 reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time. Bonuses already credited to an account before any such change will not be affected, subject to the existing terms of those bonuses.

5.5 The ggc99 VIP Programme offers weekly cashback to loyal players across four tiers: Bronze (up to 0.4%), Silver (up to 0.8%), Gold (up to 1.1%) and Platinum (up to 1.5%). Players are eligible to move up tiers based on their activity and loyalty.

Player Conduct and Prohibited Activities

6.1 Players are required to use the ggc99 platform fairly, responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in firm action:

• Colluding or conspiring with other players to cheat in games.
